735 Park Avenue’s property owners are a real estate LLC (Limited Liability Company) that was looking to reduce this residential apartment building’s operating costs. They weren’t convinced that solar energy would meet their end goal for an operating cost reduction.

Geoscape Solar designed and installed a solar energy system that covered 100% of the building’s energy needs that has resulted in substantial financial savings. The owners subsequently hired Geoscape Solar to install solar energy systems on additional commercial properties such as The Wilshire Grand Hotel and Westwood Apartments. The LLC then went on to finance solar energy systems at non-profit properties such as The Friendship Circle and Grounds for Sculpture.
