Berlin Medical Center was Geoscape Solar’s first commercial installation. Geoscape had to convince the property owners to have faith in a fairly “new” solar installation company.  Additionally, at this time, the state only allowed for 50kW per property to maximize incentives.

Geoscape Solar designed and installed a smart rooftop installation that maximized the main building’s energy needs.  The property owners were pleased with both the installation and solar savings. After they realized the solar benefits on their main building, they commissioned Geoscape Solar to install solar energy systems on the 2 additional properties that made up the medical center. The job ultimately comprised of 3 buildings and able to cover close to 90% of their annual energy usage.
