LifeTown is a 53,000 square facility that offers opportunities for recreation, education, and therapeutic play for individuals with special abilities and their families. LifeTown wanted to convert to solar energy but did not have the resources in their operating budget. 

Geoscape Solar brought in a benefactor who already had experienced success with Geoscape Solar on his properties. Geoscape Solar structured the deal so that the benefactor is able to take the Federal Tax Credit and State Renewable Energy Credits while LifeTown benefits from having 100% of their energy needs met each month.
