Project Description

Challenge

New Jersey Cardiology is medical cooperative that has to address the financial need of both the building owners and the doctors who own the space within the walls of the building. Both parties wanted to reduce their reliance on utility companies and build green practices. The Doctor owned medical co-op wanted a solar energy system but didn’t have the physical space to house the panels.

Solution

Geoscape Solar provided the owners of the building financial incentives for the solar energy system to be built on roof deck of building. The medical cooperative is able to collectively lease “solar space” on the roof in order receive the benefits of reduced energy bills.
