Universal Tool is a tool and die company. It had an inefficient floorplan with no design for energy efficiency. The existing structure had not been designed well for growth and the company had exhausted their physical resources.

Geoscape Solar was called in by Universal Tool’s architects to help design a build out that successfully accommodates both solar energy and an updated HVAC system. Our engineering team worked with the architects and created a successful expansion that allows for maximum energy efficiency.
