University Radiology’s owners wanted to monetize the property and reduce their energy expenses. Additionally, the property was located in a multi-zoned residential area that did not embrace the short term inconvenience of construction as a long term solution to becoming greener and reducing their energy reliance via solar energy systems.

Geoscape Solar worked with township to convince them of the benefits of solar energy and proved their installation was safe and non-intrusive to residential neighbors. The owners of University Radiology are able to realize long term financial savings as a result of converting to solar energy.
