Wash Express wanted to experience the same success with solar as their sister property: The Wash at Galloway. This property was besieged by high electric bills, limited roof space, and the property itself was being utilized at capacity with no space for a ground mounted solar energy array.

Geoscape Solar’s engineering team turned the Wash Express parking lot into a solar carport that covers 97% of their electrical needs.  The Wash Express employees and customers are as happy as the owners with the benefit of being able to park their cars in a shaded area that produces Green Energy.
