Westwood Apartments’ property owners were thrilled with Geoscape Solar’s successful installation at 735 Park Avenue and hired Geoscape to design and install a larger solar energy system on Westwood Apartments. The building is located in a residential section of the city that did not have solar installations at the time.

Geoscape Solar’s operations team worked closely with the city permitting office and was able to get timely approvals and keep the project on schedule. The property owners subsequently hired Geoscape Solar to install solar energy systems on additional commercial properties such as The Wilshire Grand Hotel. The owners then went on to finance solar energy systems at non-profit properties such as The Friendship Circle and Grounds for Sculpture.
