Cranford Business Park’s three owners had their businesses located in the building and they had multiple tenants. They were looking to reduce their overhead while making their property desirable for existing and future tenants. 

Geoscape Solar engineered a complex system that includes seven different meters. One for each of the three partner’s businesses, two for the property common areas, and two for additional tenants who lease their energy from the property owners. The property owners benefit  from both the reduced cost of their business and common space electrical usage. They also receive the solar tax benefits and the monetization of their property by leasing energy to their tenants at a reduced rate.
