The Beachcomber Hotel had architectural plans drawn up to put a façade on the front of the hotel. The plans were inefficient in terms of solar production. 

Geoscape Solar’s engineers worked with the hotel’s architects to design a structural pitched roof that would be 40% more solar efficient than the façade. Geoscape Solar’s marketing team created lobby display materials that highlight the hotel’s continual reduction of carbon emissions. Additionally, the value of the property has increased as a result of converting to solar energy.
